No Processed foods. such as salad dressing,
No Fast Foods. none. Foods that come from fast food restaurants are loaded with trans fats, they are high in sugar and have preservatives, color additives, toxic binders, stabilizers and chemicals you just can’t say.
No high processd oils. Eat only healthy fats such as avocado or olive oils.
No refined foods. White flour, sugar, breads

You can’t control everything in your life, but you can control what you put in your body.
Today there are over 300 diets out there, for you to try. There is Keto, Paleo, Weight Watchers, Low carb, Low fat, Diabetic, Jenny Craig. The list goes on and on. Some of these diets are quick fixes to lose weight or change a health issue. Establishing clean eating is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle you choose. Making the choice to eat clean takes time for you to adjust to not having certain foods that you have had before.
At first, when we switched to clean eating I thought no way we can do this. We did In a short time of switching, we have lost weight, got our cholesterol levels down, my husband beat diabetes and we are healthier and a lot happier.
